How the B2B scan works

One website in. A qualified, evidence-backed lead out.

The B2B scan reads a company's public pages, collects the contact details they publish, measures the state of their website, and hands you a reason to get in touch.

Public data only — GDPR & CAN-SPAM friendly

The five things a scan does

1. You give us a website

Paste any business website. The scan visits the pages anyone can visit — home, about, and contact — and reads what is published there.

2. We pull the public details

Company name, listed email addresses and phone numbers, the office address, and the social profiles linked from the site.

3. We check the site itself

Thirteen measured checks on titles, headings, speed, mobile setup and more, rolled into a site-health score you can quote in a first email.

4. We score the opportunity

Measured facts only — missing website basics, listing status, ratings and review counts — turned into a score with the reasons written out.

5. It becomes a tracked lead

Save the result and it lands in your pipeline with an email draft, a call script, follow-up dates and an activity history.

Everything lands in one place

Every scanned company and every enquiry shows up on the Prospects page with its history, and in the CRM pipeline when you start working it.

Common questions

Where does the data come from?

Only pages and listings that are publicly accessible. Nothing behind a login or paywall is collected.

How long does a scan take?

Usually a few seconds. Results are cached for 24 hours so repeat scans of the same company are instant.

Do I need an account?

No — you can run a scan on the B2B prospecting page first. An account is needed to save the lead and keep working it.

What if a company has no website?

That is often the biggest opening. The score reflects it and the suggested pitch changes accordingly.
